I returned items to the uk over two weeks ago with an post. I was given a tracking number. The company i returned the items to say they never recieved them. The tracking says the items left the heathrow parcel hub and a reciever name the day after they were posted. Is the reciever name the name of the delivery service if so will an post / heathrow parcel hub be able to trace it. The one odd thing is says the item left heathrow twice at the same time. Anyone that can help on this thanks a mill.

The receiver name is probably the person that sign for the parcel, if you check the tracking number on the Royal Mail or Parcel Force website you might see more information on the tracking, like out for delivery.

If the signature is not the recipients you should contact anpost to open an investigation, also recipient or you should try checking with royal mail.
