    Could a representative from Irish water please indicate what is the test frequency of Bacteria and Protozoa for the West Cork area.

    We are trying in vain to get in contact with Irish water in order to connect our extension to the main system. We have sent numerous emails, been given lots of different numbers but all to sender machines and no response to emails. Help please???!!
