    Hi

when requesting online a P21 for 2016 I am asked if my civil status changed.

It changed though what will be the difference in the end on my P21?

    Thanks

When did you get married? If you got married last year, it shouldn't have effect on your personal tax credits, but could in terms of joint or individual assessment. Not to worry though, joint assessment usually works out in your favour at years end.

Last August - didn't ask for joint assessment (yet)

Ring them or make an appointment with your local Revenue Office.
