I am currently completing my Green Cert, I am at it 17 months now with a further 9 months to go. I am 30. I am confused as to whether I will get an exemption on stamp duty if the farm is not transferred to me before I am 35?? I have heard various opinions on it. The farm will not be transferred to me within 5 years, my father is 62 and willing to keep working, will this course have been a waste of my time??
Also I have heard uttering that the course can be done in six weeks, is this the case?
    All Opinions welcome! Thanks
