    Hi,
I try to login to Electric Ireland website, and I can't.

I have already registered all requested information (account number, email, password, etc) and when I try to login, this message appears:

Contact system administrator quoting the following details
Error Code: 8001.500  Request Id: 703faa44-00dc-4fc3-a421-86f16be0187e

    Please, could you help me?

    Thanks!

I can’t login and I have cleared the browsing history and cookies and tried using a different device and browser but this keeps coming up. Apple has done an update, not sure if that effects the login. Can anyone help?
