Saw an ad on TV last night for the hybrid Golf GTE, I saw a few in Europe recently but I assumed they were 'all electric'.
    Are these available in Ireland?
    Any thoughts on them...?

Very few of them sold here as like the Passat GTE they are ridiculously expensive. Just search for them on carzone.

Have seen a few Irish models, by no means popular but slightly more popular than the e-Golf I think.

People who have them seem to like them, I wouldn't mind a second hand one in 5 years time.
