I have a skoda oct vrs and im getting a warning light for inlet manifold flaps sensor. I have got a mechanic to clean the manifold and light is still on. I spoke to skoda and they dont sell that component individually and skoda sell the whole inlet. That seems an excessive job when my manifold is spotless. This seems a regular issue with vw/skoda

Any advice on what to do? Strugglng to find a mechanic in cork to have a go..most just want to do a service/common job instead of a problem solving job

    Part number is 03l129086v120

Would a vw sensor do the job
