How old is this young robin?

Hi. I took a photo of this robin a few days ago in my garden. The red coloring is not there yet. Does anyone know how old the little fella is? I'd guess 2 months but could be way off.

It's any thing from 3 weeks to 3 months. The red breast comes with the first moult at two or three months old.
