TAX implications - Working in IRL and OZ

This is related to TAX systems in both countries if anyone has the knowledge of both

If an IT company was to employ an Irish citizen that is currently living/working in OZ - what are the implication if any, to the employee's tax or income in OZ and on Revenue side

The employee will be working part-time remotely while living in OZ - the salary will go through Revenue and all taxes will be paid to revenue

The employee will also be working either part-time or full time in OZ paying all their taxes

What has to be considered here or declared, anyone has done this before?

Maybe tax implications when returning home from Australia might arise from being employed by two countries?

    Consider a paye exclusion order.

In short, Revenue may exempt you from operating paye on the payments to the employee. You will have to record details of the payments etc, however not have to deduct any tax.

The employee would have to account for their own taxes in oz.

There are conditions that the employee must remain non tax resident here. Also perform all duties in oz.

Your local revenue will provide further assistance, and may clarify further for you.

Have attached details from Revenue site.
