    Hi bittihuduga,

I would recommend the Optoma HD28DSE. It is priced at £629 sterling but is quite high spec for the price. The Contrast ratio is 30,000:1 which is much higher than the cheaper Optomas and has quite a high brightness rating at 3000 Ansi. The projector is 3D ready meaning you would need to buy the optoma ZF system which is a dongle that transmits to the glasses but these are all sold separately.

The negatives are, no projector around this price range has the lens shift function. You would be looking at a significantly more expensive projector before this feature is available. It does, however, have vertical keystoning meaning if you were to angle the projector up or down at a screen you can manipulate the image to fit the screen. Also, no projector is designed well for a light filled room. The HD28 is decent in bright rooms but as light spills in you lose contrast as any dark colours on the screen brighten up.

However with your requirements I would say the Optoma HD28 would be the best fit.

Let me know what you think.

    Kind regards

    David

    thanks for the suggestion.
at this point of time, i cannot mount projector to the ceiling.
have to keep it on a table. hence was looking for lens shift.

i can live without brightness by keeping the room dark

No problem, let me know if you would like to go with the Optoma HD28SE. As I say you can angle the projector and adjust the image with keystoning so it's not a massive issue that it isn't ceiling mounted. It would have to be the correct distance from the screen though depending on your screen size.

    Kind regards

    David
