I've got the Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum on my radar. It's reasonably priced and performance seems equivalent to models of double it's price.

Generally yes, Pandacheck lists many Asian online shops.

There's a thread in "home automation" forum discussing robot vacuums - It is primarily about the roomba brand, but few other brands mentioned.

    I don't like them
We tried one and we covered the floor with white flour and let the robot doing its job for the night
Next morning it was finished but still a lot of white (flour) spots left on the floor
We got back to the old fashioned vacuum cleaner and sold the robot

I have a Roomba 700 series and love it, it runs on wooden floors and does a great job. Hepa filters on it and cleans the air as it goes. I put it on when leaving for work and the whole apartment is done when I return.

Simple to use and easy to clean when it needs it.

If you have an outlet of "The Range" near you, they are selling one for around 200e at the moment. Can't remember the brand.

How often do you get white flour all over your floor in day to day life?

These will never be as good, suction wise, as even the cheapest conventional vacuum, but for light day to day cleaning they are perfect.

    Exactly!

@crossmolinalad, do you do the same test when you buy a conventional vacuum cleaner?

No I wont but the robot didn't do the whole floor even it was busy for the whole night
I wanted to prove other half it was a useless thing to have because it doesn't do the whole floor and she is allergic for dust
I do the same floor with a conventional vacuum cleaner in 15 /20 minutes even spots were the robot was forgotten or was impossible to go like under chairs dinning table ect ect couch carpets skirting's radiators included
