Buying and managing dividends

Hi, I am wondering if anyone is aware or has experience purchasing and managing dividends while based in Ireland (not sure if that makes a difference or not), and can tell me what companies/sites/apps are best to use? I read of a free one (no fees) called Robinhood but all good suggestions are welcome. Thanks. smurf293
