Hi, I am wondering if anyone is aware or has experience purchasing and managing dividends while based in Ireland (not sure if that makes a difference or not), and can tell me what companies/sites/apps are best to use? I read of a free one (no fees) called Robinhood but all good suggestions are welcome.
    Thanks.

If you're an Irish investor then you cannot use Robinhood. That app is only available in the US and Australia.

Degiro.ie tends to be used a lot here as it is a low cost approach. The more established providers in Ireland (you will pay for them!) are Davy, Goodbody, Quilter, Cantor to name a few.
