    Hi all,
    Appreciate any help with this.

    On driving today - I wasn't able to put the car into reverse gear. Felt hard and blocked - didn't want to force it. Don't drive often - no problems with clutch or gearbox before.
    Had a look online - some suggestions on 'gear linkage selector/bush repair kit'
    Has anyone any advice on what might be wring and how to repair.

    Will it go into reverse if you put it in 1st gear first, then reverse?

    Thanks for that. No - that didn't work.

    It didn't work first thing this morning. Then I very purposefully pushed the clutch all the way down (which I did before) and pushed the gear all the way over (which I did before) and then it worked.

    Any idea?
