Honda Self Propelled Mower - Belt tension

    I have a Honda IZY self propelled mower.
    It is - 10 years old and I recently noticed it is not propelling very well.
    I thought the belt might be stretched so I bought a new belt. There is no improvement. I am wondering is there any way to increase the belt tension?
    Nothing in the user manual and I cannot see anything obvious.
