A law enforcement official briefed on the incident said it did not appear to be terrorism. Another said investigators are looking at possible operator error in the incident.

The driver, a 56-year-old man, remained on the scene after the crash and is being interviewed by police, said State Police spokesman David Procopio.

Globe seem pretty sure its not.

Driver pressed accelerator instead of brake.
