Hi Folks,

I have just two simple questions.

1. Company incorporated in 2016, 100 shares issued to director and paid by him

So when I am asked about movement of share capital on accounts does it mean I need to include how many for how much shares were issued to director? Or the movement apply to others or something else?

2. My financial year starts on 8 of May 2016 and ends on 7 of May 2017.

So when making balance sheet what format is accepted:
- two columns with years 2017 | 2016 (current | previous)
- or one column 2016/2017 (current financial year)
