Touch ID problem after barrery replacement

    Hello,
I managed to mess up my Touch ID by powering on my phone when the Home button was disconnected.

I was replacing the battery etc...

So now the home button works but Touch ID fails to activate.

I suspect the phone is rejecting the Touch ID because it was powered on while disconnected....

    Am I correct?
    Is there a fix?

    Thanks

Not to worry, fixed it... the home button connector must have been making a bad contact...
