Parking spaces in house share

I'm currently renting a house with 3 friends. When we first moved in we split up the rent in proportion to what we felt each bedroom was worth. There are 2 parking spaces with the house and only 2 of us drive so we didn't include parking spaces in calculating each person's share of rent.

My question is is this fair as the other 2 in the house have no use for the spaces or should the 2 using the spaces pay a premium for them?

What's fair is what the members of the household deem equitable. If the car space isn't accounted for in the rent then there is nothing stopping another housemate using the space.

The way I would work it out as follows by allocating a proportion to car space, common house space, and bed space. So in a house share with 4 people but one has a double room and takes one of two car spaces. Rent is 1500pm
    Car space: (1500/3)/2 = 250
    Common space (1500/3)/4 = 125
    Bed space ((1500/3)/5)*2 = 200

So this person would pay 575. The other three who share the other space and have single rooms pay 310. It's a complex method granted and cannot be universally applied without tweaking (wouldn't work for one car space for example) but it's fair.
