LCVP Work Experience Leaving cert

I was wondering if anybody knows what time of year work experience is done for LCVP Do you do it in 5th year And how many weeks do you have to do it for? Thanks :)

We did a week in February of 5th year, but I'd say it's different for every school

I did mine for three days in November of fifth year. It's different in every school

Our schools students do their work experience in 5th yer over the October midterm break.
We recommend you do 5 days but for the purpose of the LCVP Diary of Work Experience portfolio write up...you only need to write up an account of 3 days. So this would be the minimum amount of days required.
