Where is the best place to look to get experience?

In friend with 2 Italian girls, recently graduated but no luck so far finding nursing positions in Dublin.

Graduated in ireland or Italy? Every hospital in the country is advertising for nurses.

Hospital jobs.ie has all the ads

Qualification is from Italy, would they be better off going to HSE, into hospital building or online?

They need to be registered with the NMBI

    https://www.nmbi.ie/Registration/Trained-outside-Ireland

Won't be able to work as a nurse without it

Asked there and they have signed up already. I wouldve thought it ws difficult to find work as a nurse here, considering so many Irish nurses are emigrating?

I think the problem may be releasing the money to employ nurses needed or not as evidenced by the patients on trollies.

Your post is a bit strange there is a server nursing shortage at the moment it is very bad in urban areas but its everywhere really a nurse registered with the INMO should have no problem getting a job in Ireland.

The reason for the emigration is for different experiences and its easier to get in to a specialist area and paid for post graduate courses.
