New windows & doors: how do these specifications rate?

I got a windows and doors quote but I'm not knowledgeable enough to judge the quality of the following specs; should I be asking specific questions on this or looking for some changes? Also, what is the difference between ug value and u value because this quote doesn't mention u value at all? What do Tgh, SCA and W/E stand for?

All GREY upvc DOUBLE GLAZED, Kommerling C70 system, internally beaded.

All our pvc sections are FULLY REINFORCED & all of our joints are WELDED.

All units are argon filled, warm edge spacer bars, windows are A rated.

All windows and doors are fitted with high security shoot bolt locks.

Front door is a Palladio composite door.

Front door has a low alum threshold and a nightlatch lock (Eight locking points).

Front door ironmongery - Chrome handles & letterbox.

All doors are fitted with antisnap security cyclinders.

All bedroom windows are fitted with easyclean fire escape hinges and restrictors.

Toughened saftey glass included to regulations.

New softwood window boards are included.

All new windows & doors to be fitted out to edge of external reveals.

All internal plastering / skimming is included, external cills by others.

Price includes for removal of all debris from site.

    Further details:

The windows at the back of the house, which is northwest facing and near enough to a busy road, each have the following: 4-20-4 SCA (ug1.1) W/E Blk, Diamant. The doors at the back have: 4Tgh-20-4Tgh SCA (ug1.1) W/E Blk, Diamant. How does this rate and any changes to recommend here?

The windows at the front of the house are: 1. front sitting room [3 panes, a large one (G2) in the middle] = (G1)4-20-4 SCA (ug1.1) W/E Blk, Diamant; (G2)6Tgh-16-6Tgh SCA (ug1.1) W/E Blk, Diamant; (G3)4Tgh-20-4Tgh SCA (ug1.1) W/E Blk, Diamant and 2. Study= 4Tgh-20-4Tgh SCA (ug1.1) W/E Blk, Diamant, while the door is (G1)4Tgh-20-4Tgh SCA (ug1.1) W/E Blk, Satin Clear Border (G2)Palladio Door T&G CD Anthracite Grey. Front and side upstairs windows are all 4-20-4 SCA (ug1.1) W/E Blk, Diamant.

All advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

Is this a new build or retro fit?

Retro fit (replacing all windows/doors, putting in external insulation, concrete floors, attic insulation etc if all that still makes it a retrofit).

    .

ask them what the Uw is (ie teh whole window u value)

Ug is the u value of the glass itself, not including frame.
    Tgh stands for toughened glazing.

i dont know what SCA is... might be something to do with Low e coating.

W/E blk. could be Black warm edge spacer between the panes.
