    So a quick poll, have people Opted in or Out of the BCAR process of having an Assigned certifier

    As a designer I can tell you that 100% of my clients have opted out since that option became available.

    Is opting out better or worse in the long run in your opinion Syd. Or does it make any difference as I assume the opt out option just reverts back to the old self build way, where an engineer or Building surveyor signs off on each stage for the banks?
