Netflix problem

    I have forgotten my Netflix password but the email address is my ex boyfriends so I can't get a knew password.
    I pay for it.
    Getting in contact with my ex is not an option. The possibility he may be using it is my main motivation.
    What I can I do?

    Bank. Cancel the s/o. Abandon the Netflix account. Set up a new one with your own email address.

    Ring up, explain situation, cancel it and set up a new account with a new email address?
