    Hi guys

Trying to set up a new lenovo W10 laptop for the first time and it just hangs on the blue "just a minute" screen with the twirling circles (I haven't even got to the log-in set up screen or anything). It has been stuck like that for over 2 hours. Can I bring it back to the shop or will they likely tell me it is a software issue and tell me I'm on my own? :(

Or any suggestions for fixing it?

    Try a restart.

Thanks Jim! Plucked up the courage to turn it off and it has seemed to install ok now - a relief to finally see the desktop wallpaper. Thanks for the help!

Alot of the time the simplest approach works.
