new apartment, setting up energy provider

Hi just after signing the lease to a new apartment and trying to set up the energy provider, was told to look on bonkers for the cheapest and did so (Energia) I know the apartment isn't connected but when I registered for an Energia account on bonkers it said that it could take up to 3 weeks to "make the switch" I don't…

Hi
just after signing the lease to a new apartment and trying to set up the energy provider, was told to look on bonkers for the cheapest and did so (Energia) I know the apartment isn't connected but when I registered for an Energia account on bonkers it said that it could take up to 3 weeks to "make the switch" I don't need to switch, I just want to get connected so I can move in ASAP, i.e. tomorrow! How do these things work??
