    Hey all,
Not sure if this is the relevant place to post, but I just have a question maybe some people had the same experience.
I'm working full time as is in the Defence Forces but I've applied to a few jobs already looking to do something else. Anyway i applied for Aer Lingus apprenticeship, Dublin airport security, ramp agents etc etc, I've an interest in aviation but they are just some examples, problem is them above I've got the email back saying "your application has been unsuccessful" thank you for your interest and so on, everytime.

I've met the requirements, I have schooling, near 12 years in the army, plenty of life experience also, what is this about? This is really bringing my confidence down for future employment. Does anyone have an idea why this would happen ? Not given a chance to try tests or interview or whatever I need to do. Could be numerous reasons and hard to determine but does anyone have an idea how applications are selected.
    Thanks:)
