    i Have an important job interview during my lunch break of my current job ,I really want this job but i dont want my employer to see me seeking other work, the other organisation is right beside the one i work for now so I dont want my boss to see me but what happens if they do . what do i do ?

    Your free to do whatever you want on your lunch break, could even be a bonus if they do see you and suspect your may be planning a move they might appreciate you more and be prepared for a counter offer.

    Will you have to change clothing so it's obvious from your normal workwear that you are going to an interview? Good excuse if it is would be to say your seeing the bank about a mortgage/loan.

    Changing clothes is always tricky I've a similar situation this week, Im just going to slip on a tie as i leave, if i turned up in a suit people would know the score straight away.

    If someone sees you just say you are meeting 'john' from college for lunch in his building...
