    Hello,

Can you investigate why I'm not getting 4g signal?

I must add that this has always been the case since being a customer of yours for the past 4yrs or so and I've always passed it off as poor coverage etc.

I've been in Dublin City centre, cork city etc and never ever seen 4G on my phone.

I have rang about this before but nothing came about it.

I confirmed my phone settings is 4g enabled (I have a iPhone 6s by the way.

My sim is an old eMobile one...could that be it?

    Many thanks
    Damian

    Hi damo86,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

4G coverage is dependent on multiple factors such as your handset, plan and SIM.

Can you please PM me your mobile number, PIN and full name and I will check this for you?

    Thanks,
    Anna
