    Does anyone know how to get one of these? I know it's from revenue, but I'm away at the moment and can't access ros.ie

    When you can access ROS you can submit a request through MyEnquiries.
    However it will take circa 4-6 weeks to be posted out to you.

    There's no such thing as a Certificate of residency from Revenue.

    They will write a letter to you, confirming you are resident in ireland for tax purposes
