Hi, hopefully someone can help. Family member looking to apply for HAP social housing scheme. They previously owned a house but was repossessed and are now on Job Seekers Allowance. When submitting their previous tax returns they claimed income relief on their property when they rented it out, and part of the forms for HAP refer to this, asking that you have never claimed for income relief on a property. Does this rule them out do you know? Thanks
