Disciplinary process

Hello there,

I have a question for anyone that might be able to help. Is there a time limit by which the county committee must serve disciplinary action on a player?

Our club had a player sent off in the championship last year but we have never been served with the disciplinary notice. Now as the championship nears for this year, we are in no mans land, not knowing if the player is eligible or not. I have had a read through the disciplinary handbook which states that in a case where a match suspension is not possible, then a 2 week suspension applies for each match suspension that was originally proposed.

It was out last championship match of the 2016 year in which the offence took place.
