Ordering sheep tags with Agri tags.

Tried to ring Agri tags (Monaghan) there and the ring tone was normal for one ring and then went to the sound as if it was a fax machine phone. Normally deal with then so got the letter from them last week to order Lamb tags for this year.The number on their info sheet is Locall 1890515151. Has anyone had an issue ringing…

Normally deal with then so got the letter from them last week to order Lamb tags for this year.The number on their info sheet is Locall 1890515151.
Has anyone had an issue ringing them lately?
What's the current turn around time on like from placing order to tags arriving in post does anyone know?
