    Hi Guys,
I'm looking for someone who could help me with my immergas zeus mini combi boiler and the pressure problem.
We bought an apartment in Santry Northwood, Carrington. All apartments in this area are fitted with combi boilers.
Previously we were renting in the same area for 5 years (same building just different apartment) same combi boiler system and no problems at all.
The problem is that the pressure in all taps is low... hard to take a bath, if someone flush the toilet the pressure is really low at that stage. I had a chat with neighbors who live upstarts and they told me that the pressure is OK so I assume there must me something on my site. The tap in the kitchen (cold wetter) is connected to main and the pressure is OK there, much higher so not sure why I do have low pressure in bathrooms (hot & cold). Re-pressure valve is not working as well...  you can fully open that valve and nothing is happening. To me looks like there is some dust / limescale inside the boiler (blocking water flow) and blocking re-pressure valve as well. The only way to re-pressure boiler is to connect main from kitchen to boiler via pressure safety valve.
