    Where are the getting whiskey in pint bottles anyway? Surly it was a liter of whiskey he drank if anything.

    He said two pints so he lying via his hole M'lud, blaming the drink. The farmer thing may not be true either but another sly plea to diminished responsibility.

    probably meant 2 bottles. a bottle being 700ml
