Hi all I have a sturdy pyramid type lamb feeder and I can't keep the crows away they are constantly eating meal out of it.
Iv hung dead crows up but that only deters them for a while
Iv only a couple of pedigree lambs that I'm feeding. Any ideas or add on,s to the feeder.
    Thanks in advance

If its only a few lambs, can you feed em morning and evening in a trough?

I could in the evening/night but I'd have to be up around 5 these mornings to avoid them. The fine morning's they seem to be out early. Thanks

If you feeding morning and evening, do you need to feed em that much?

It would take a bit trial and error, but feed em as much as they will eat. So feed em, wait 5 mins, once they leave the troughs, turn the troughs over...

I dunno, I never had pedigree so not sure how much they should be getting, or whether this would work...

Have the same issue here. Was shooting crows but they got clever. Thought they'd feck off with corn starting to ripen and lodge

Birds aren't as fond of lamb pellets, they go mad for the coarse ration
