Cost to fix cracked and subsided foothpaths

Bought a 3 bed semi a few months back that's nearly 30 years old. Footpath is cracked in places and has fallen/subsided a bit. Engineers report did not indicate any major issues with the property. Some small cracks on the outside of the house which appear to be years old. Nothing in the interior of the house to suggest subsidence.

Property is in a mature estate on a slope. From the images attached, any idea of what it would cost to repair/stabilise? Hopefully doing an extension in a few years which will cover up these cracks anyway so trying to figure out cost now and if it's urgent or just me wanting things to be perfect.
