Tiny muzzle

I'm trying to find a muzzle for a small jack russell. The smallest ones I can find in the likes of maxi zoo etc. (size 0) she can just pull off with her paws. Surely there must be muzzles for little dogs- chihuahuas and yorkies are even smaller than her?

Amazon do tiny muzzles such as this, but I don't see many Baskerville options there, or on Zooplus.
