Inheritance tax - commercial property

Hope this makes sense. I stand to inherit a commercial property (from a parent) at some stage (shop unit, currently has a tenant). Family home would be left to other sibling. The value would be well below the current parent to child threshold for no CGT/inheritance tax to be paid. Is the fact that it is a business premises a factor to be considered or is that only if it is an actual business run by the parent?
