Spotify trouble.

26-06-2017 11:54am#1Ive been using Spotify free account for quite a while now. (at work)
It recently became unresponsive, so i uninstalled it, and then tried to reinstall it.
It will Download the programme from the Spotify Installer , but wont launch it. Then when it tried to install it, I get a
" The installer is unable to install Spotify , because the files to be written are in use by another process ,Please make sure Spotify is not running and retry (error18) "
My daughter was logged into my account on the ipad at home. But i have that logged off, but still wont install at work.
Can anyone help !?

You probably have 2 instances of the installer running at the same time
CTRL+ALT+DELETE -> Task Manager -> See if setup.exe is running and if more than 1 instance just kill them.0 -

No sign of Sp[otify in there at all... ?
Spotify Help said to enter Safe mode and try it !?
