    Thanks - it really does show the penny pinching thats been done re: infrastructure or any sort in recent years. NRA becoming TII was the sign that roads are no longer being invested in to the great extent previously.

    Last 3 schemes were the N5 Ballaghaderreen bypass (2014), N7 Newlands Cross (opened to traffic Nov 2014, fully finished 2015) and M11 Arklow-Rathnew (July 2015). Not counting minor schemes or realignments in that.

    Next 3 openings will be the M17/M18 Gort-Tuam, N25 New Ross & M11 Gorey-Enniscorthy. After that it hopefully won't be too long til the M7 upgrade, Dunkettle Interchange, Moycullen bypass, and the N4, N5 and N22 2+2 schemes.
