Gluten and egg free desserts?

Hi,

I am intolerant to gluten and eggs! wanted to see if anyone knows any nice desserts which excludes these, if even possible? Or even some recipes in general which excludes these?

I haven't tried it yet myself, but have been reading raving reviews about egg-free meringues, made using aquafaba - the water you drain off a tin of chickpeas :

I did use an egg, but the author notes that the chickpea alternative would probably be fine as the egg is just binding.

You really have to hand it to the people who discover and develop this kind of thing - who could look at a pot of chickpea water and think, 'I know what this would be good for; meringues!'

This cropped up a good while back, and intrigued by it gave it a go and it didn't do anything much at all when whipped. Slightly frothy chickpea water was what I ended up with not anything even remotely like meringue.
