I see a campaign ongoing about this, a driver should insure they be 1.5 metres from a cyclist when overtaking. I didnt think drivers in Kerry were at fault?

That's a campaign all over Britain and Ireland. Not just in Kerry. There was two unfortunate deaths recently in the Killarney area so definitely a good message to try and get across.
