Quitting a job after 3 months.

I'm in a job that I started 3 months ago, now there are positives to it, I'm getting good experience and the people I work with are friendly but the conditions are poor and I have a dreadful manager so I'm thinking of looking for another job as I think I could find something with better pay and conditions.

How do I explain this in an interview? Should I not mention the current job and just extend my previous job to the current date? Would I be better off sticking it out for 12 months so it looks better on my CV? The job isn't intolerable it's just that I'm not enjoying it.

OP is there a pattern of short employment?

if not then i would simply put it on the CV and be honest. If you are not happy, i would simply say that to any prospective employer.

I wouldnt stick it for a year, but i also wouldn't move until i found something that suited me better. in the future you will simply be able to say, i was offered a better opportunity.

I'm in a similar situation. There 6 months and I'm unhappy. I know I should try to make it work but I don't think I can stick it much longer. I have the same concern as mentioned in the OP but also when things are not going well I'm concerned about getting a bad reference
