Can I buy a remote locking key for 2009 Ford Fiesta?

    Hi all,

So my mother just bought a lovely 2009 Ford Fiesta. However, it only came with 1 key - one without remote locking (The key has no buttons on it). Can I order 1 with remote locking? And obviously I'd rather not spend a small fortune on it,

    Thanks.

I'd be concerned where the other key is tbh.

How do you know it has remote locking. They all have central locking.

Hi, It's the Style+ Model. Thankfully they have remote central locking.

Was the car bought from a Dealer or privately? Like the poster above, where is the original fob? There's something not right about not being given the remote fob.

Keys get broke and lost. Assuming it has remote central locking (you'll know for sure by locking the car and holding the key in the lock position for a few seconds, the indicators should flash. Main dealer will be about €200 for a replacement key, cut and programmed.
