Buying a UKreg car from ROI and bringing it to the North

    Hi, hoping this post is still valid.

    I'm going to be buying a car from the ROI and bringing it to the North next week.

    Its got a UK reg on it already and was exported permanently so I have the V561 form (certificate of permanent export).
    I don't have the tax book or anything else, the only thing the guy has that's selling is the above mentioned cert.

    He rang the DVLA and had a form sent to me but it seems to be relating to changing a southern reg plate into a uk one.

    HELP lol

    I've MOT booked for July 1st so gonna be buggered if I cant sort tax before this.
