    All,

Having a bit of an issue with my trition aspirate shower which i bought on amazon.

Ive only had the shower a year but it is turning off water flow about 1-2 seconds of turning on the shower.

Ive tried rerunning the commissioning procedure (In the manual) and water flows through the shower ok when completing the procedure.

But when i reconnect the front panel it has the same issue and turns off.

What i have done so far:

It is not a power supply issue as the unit is not tripping the power supply.

I ordered a solenoid valve coil on Ebay and replaced this part but its still having the same problem. i was sure this was the issue as it would explain the shower turning off....

I also removed and cleaned the filter (Not blocked)

I removed and checked the PRD

I also checked the resistance across the TCO

Was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem with their shower and if there was a fix.

At this point ive exhausted all the problems i can think of.....

    Link to the shower below:

    Thanks.

My advice is to contact Amazon. Triton Ireland ( Earthridge ) don't cover the warranty for Triton showers bought in the UK. Amazon will most likely get you to return it to Triton in the UK. If returning it make sure you put back the original solenoid as you voided the warranty by trying to repair it yourself.
Only other option I can see is to get a shower repair company to repair it for you. This will cost anywhere from €100 to €250 depending what is wrong. PCB boards don't come cheap if that's what it is.

WARNING to anyone reading this: Triton Ireland won't cover the warranty for UK showers sold in B&Q, Argus, Screwfix etc or any showers bought in the UK. I got a letter from the Aqualisa agents in Ireland only yesterday Telling me I must provide an Irish proof of purchase for any warranty repairs on my showers. You can't blame them. If they didn't make any money on the sale why should they go to the expense of repairing them for free. Also Triton in Ireland don't stock parts for showers intended for the UK market. Bottom line is if you buy these showers in the UK you take your chances.

OP Amazon are great to deal with. Good luck with them
