Plastic bollards have been put in place on Dawson Street in advance of the new Luas route. What's the story with cycling on this section? Is it now possible to go southbound (ie. against the current flow) on Dawson St on this section of Luas track? How does this work on Abbey St and the likes? I always assumed this was a…

Plastic bollards have been put in place on Dawson Street in advance of the new Luas route. What's the story with cycling on this section?
