Hello, I am looking for a room mate for the college term to fill a room in a private student apartment in Edenhall on the Model Farm Road only 8 minutes walk from CIT, although it is rented by a private land lord the payment structure involves paying the rent in 2 installments and the full cost of rent and utilities+electricity works out at around 5000 for the 9 months.
I don't have pictures unfortunately but it is the same as every Edenhall apartment. All rooms are ensuite and there is wifi.
Please message me if you are interested and I can give full details about payments and apartment as I lived there last college term as well.
