    Hi All

    I am currently in the process of tendering with builders to build on a green field site I got from my parents.

    The quotes I'm getting are a bit higher that I budgeted for. Question I have is will bank agree to give mortgage for a builders finish? No kitchen etc included in the mortgage. I'm guessing the answer is no they won't. Is there anyway around it other than wait til i have more money! :)
